Free scanning

Scanning is now free of charge in the libraries! Normal printing and photocopying fees still apply.

Overdue fees

From 1 November, overdue fees will resume for items that were delivered through Library2U. If your items were already overdue before the closure, overdue fees will resume from Monday 18 October. Remember, your due dates can always be found in your account through the library app or website and are always listed on your receipt that is either printed or emailed to you.

Click and Collect transfers and reservations

Any items that are available on the shelf in any of our branches will continue to be transferred to your pickup branch for free. As of Monday 11 October, a $2.50 reservation fee will apply for items out on loan or new items still being processed.
