We are always looking for ways we can make your library visit safer. While our staff will be available to help you, we do offer many options for self-service.

Borrowing

Did you know there are two options for self-service borrowing? 

One option is our self-service kiosks, there are multiple available in each branch. All you need to do is scan your physical or digital library card and follow the prompts on the screen.

You can also borrow your items through the library app! Head to the self-service menu and hold your device on the back of your item. Check out our quick tutorial video if you need a hand.

Printing, scanning and copying

Our print, scan and copy stations are perfect for self-service and are easy to use. All branches are now equipped with EFTPOS machines at each station for a seamless, cashless experience. 

You can also send your print jobs from home and collect at a time that’s good for you. 

Paying library fees

You can also use the kiosks to pay your library fees. All you need to do is scan your library card and select ‘View Account and Pay Charges’. Follow the prompts for a cashless payment.
