From 20 - 26 May, we are celebrating Library and Information Week!
Library and Information Week is all about recognising the important role libraries play in our local community. This years theme is truth, integrity and knowledge which aims to acknowledge how libraries and their staff support and promote these ideals.
In recognition of this week, Northern Beaches Libraries would like to inform our community about the services we offer. Whether you're a busy Mum with children, a school student or need assistance with your technology, we have something for everyone. If you would like to know more, take a look at our Programs, Services, eLibrary and youth page.
We hope you can visit one of our branches throughout Library and Information Week to find out for yourself how important libraries can be. As stated by the Australian Library and Information Association, this week is an opportunity to recognise the role a library service plays in research and education.
If you can't come by for a visit, check out some staff picks in our catalogue or keep up to date by liking our Facebook page.
