It’s been a busy year at Northern Beaches Library, with more our community borrowing more than 1,352,144 items from our collections!

From memoirs to the latest travel trends, through to thrillers and fantasy fiction, it was wonderful to see many of our most popular reads this year featured works by Australian authors (including a few Northern Beaches locals!). 

In fact, Lola in the Mirror by Trent Dalton was our most borrowed item in 2024 with 1,110 loans across our book and eBook options!
