A unique aspect of the Northern Beaches are our beloved Community Libraries. Led and managed by volunteers, community libraries in Avalon, Terrey Hills, Seaforth, Freshwater and the Booklovers Club operate with the support of Northern Beaches Council.
Offering a wide range of collections, cool welcoming spaces as well as book clubs, events and author talks, community libraries are a great way to get involved in volunteering and give back to your community.
Volunteering opportunities are currently available at all community libraries.
