Here at Northern Beaches Libraries, we are always looking for innovative ways to make your library experience even better. That is why we are thrilled to announce the launch of our library app! Accessing the library is safer and easier than ever. 

Using your new library app, you can:

• Manage your account;
• Store your library card and link your family's cards;
• View your loans and reservations or renew your items;
• Scan the barcode of any book (like one you see in a bookstore) to see if you can borrow it from us;
• Search the collection and place a reservation;
• Browse the eLibrary, and
• Check out what's on at your nearest branch - from anywhere, at any time. 

You will also be able to borrow items using only your device! In the midst of these challenging times with a focus on personal hygiene, this self-service borrowing feature allows customers to borrow items by simply tapping their personal device on the item. It's just another way our library has adapted to keeping you safe.
