Reuse and Recycling event
Sun 29 Jan, 9am – 3pm
North Narrabeen Reserve
Most of us are up to speed on the parts of our lives that affect the environment, but when it comes to our clothing and other unwanted household items, the impact may be less obvious.
To keep up with ’Fast Fashion’ cheaper clothes are produced rapidly and frequent updating of our appliances and bikes mean many end up in landfill.
That’s why we have partnered with Australian Red Cross, Dandelion Support Network, Arnies Recon and Revolve Recycling to bring you our next Reuse and Recycling event on Sunday 29 January at North Narrabeen Reserve.
You can drop of good quality adult clothing and accessories including bags, shoes, belts, hats and jewellery, along with clothing and nursery items for babies and children, bikes and small electrical items.
Feel great knowing that by decluttering your wardrobe your donated clothing and accessories will be sold in Red Cross Shops across Sydney including stores on the Northern Beaches and distributed to families in need through Dandelion Support Network. Your appliances and bikes will be reused/repaired or recycled through Arnies Recon and Revolve Recycling.
