What was proposed?

Northern Beaches Council propose to grant Evolve Tennis a 5- year lease to continue its operation of the Wyatt Reserve Tennis Club. The land is located at Wyatt Reserve, Belrose, also known as part of Lot 1631 DP 752038.

Council is the owner of the land and is required to give public notice of its proposal to lease this land in accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993.
