Calling all artists! Northern Beaches Council and Eramboo are offering the opportunity of a six-month residency at the Eramboo Artist Environment, Terrey Hills to develop a new creative project.

Eramboo Artist Environment sits among the Australian bushland of World Heritage Ku-ring-gai National Park providing its 8 studios, teaching space and exhibition gallery stimulating yet tranquil setting to inspire unique creations.

The Artist in Residence program offers the selected artist access to a private, non-residential space at Eramboo, the opportunity to engage with the local artistic community, exhibit the resulting project and participate in a mentorship program for emerging artists.  

The recipient will also gain a $3000 allowance for materials, mentoring costs and support toward the exhibition.

Applicants will be assessed on creative process, project suitability to the studio size, innovation of planned project, quality of past works and community engagement.

Applications for the 2025 artist in residence program are being accepted until 3pm Monday 11 November 2024. If selected, the residency would commence in February 2025 and conclude in July 2025.
