Northern Beaches Council is reminding the community of changed opening hours over the Easter holiday period.
Customer Service Centres
All three customer service centres will be closed over the holiday period and resume normal operating hours on Tuesday 2 April.
Dee Why, Mona Vale and Manly
- Fri 29 March: Closed

Our online customer service portal will be operating as usual. For emergencies or to speak with someone call our 24-hour phone service on 1300 434 434.
Library Services
Dee Why, Forestville, Glen Street, Manly, Mona Vale and Warringah Mall Libraries

Return chutes will remain open at all library locations and access to Forestville 24/7 Library will be available for authorised members.
All branches will resume normal hours from Tuesday 2 April.

Manly Visitor Information Centre
The Centre will only be closed on Good Friday and will operate on a normal timetable all other days.

Beach Patrols
Beaches from North Steyne to North Narrabeen will be patrolled over the Easter Holiday period from 9am till 5pm. Manly Beach is the exception with Lifeguard patrols from 7am till 5pm.
Beaches from Warriewood to North Palm Beach are patrolled by the volunteers from 9am till 4.30pm with the exception of Bungan Beach which is patrolled from 9am till 3pm.
Hop, Skip & Jump bus timetable
The Hop, Skip & Jump service will not operate on Good Friday (29 March). Saturday, Sunday and Monday will operate to a weekend timetable. View the timetable.
Waste Services
All domestic waste collection services will operate normally on Good Friday (29 March) and Easter Monday (1 April).
Kimbriki
Kimbriki will only be closed to the public on Good Friday (29 March 2024).
The site will be open to the public for the remainder of Easter holiday period (seven days a week 7am – 5pm).
If you are planning a trip to Kimbriki over Easter, please remember that Kimbriki does not accept food waste.
