Congratulations to all those involved in maintaining the Frank Gray Oval to an award-winning standard.  

Cricket NSW  has awarded the Oval best ground of the year for the lower grades in the Sydney Shires competition. 

Competition was fierce with 12 other ovals in the competition, judged by the umpires across four categories: pitch performance, pitch condition, outfield, and markings and maintenance.

Warringah Cricket Club expressed appreciation for all the hard work and dedication to ensure the grounds are playable to a high standard.  

A special mention must go to Mr Roselio Dias from Green Options who produced such quality wickets all season.

The official presentation will be on 10 May 2024 at the Sydney Shires Cricket presentation night.
