What was proposed?

Northern Beaches Council proposed to grant Avalon Bowling & Recreation Club Ltd a 10-year lease to continue its operation of a community bowling club and ancillary uses. The land is located at Dunbar Park, 3-5 Bowling Green Lane, Avalon also known as Lot 7 DP 1240400.

Council is the owner of the land and is required to give public notice of its proposal to lease this land in accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993.
