Council will proceed with a lease agreement with Mona Vale Bowling Club Ltd.

What was proposed?

Northern Beaches Council proposed to grant Mona Vale Bowling Club Ltd a 10-year lease to continue its operation of the bowling club. The land is located at Kitchener Park, 1598 Pittwater Road, Mona Vale 2106 also known as Part Lot 1, DP 251053.

Council is the owner of the land and was required to give public notice of its proposal to lease this land in accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993.
