Council will proceed with a lease agreement with Newport Bowling Club Ltd.

What was proposed?

Northern Beaches Council proposed to grant Newport Bowling Club Ltd a 10-year lease to continue its operation of the bowling club. The land is located at Spurway Park, 6 Palm Road, Newport, also known as Lot 1 and Lot 2, DP 1066239.

Council is the owner of the land and was required to give public notice of its proposal to lease this land in accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993.
