Northern Beaches Council proposes to grant Mona Vale Bowling Club Ltd a 10-year lease to continue its operation of a community bowling club and ancillary uses. The land is located at Kitchener Park, 1598 Pittwater Road, Mona Vale 2106 also known as Part Lot 1, DP 251053.

Council is the owner of the land and is required to give public notice of its proposal to lease this land in accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993.
