Glen Street Theatre will rock to the action of a bear hunt in the latest family attraction coming these school holidays.

Featuring an all Australian cast, “We’re Going on a Bear Hunt” is the wonderful story of a family out for a walk and encountering all sorts of adventures as they go on the lookout for a growling bear.

This West End and International Touring production captures the mischievous quality of the popular book and has everything for a fun-filled family outing, including a gently adventurous story, recognisable characters, singable songs and fun participation.

This 55 minute mini-musical captures the fun and frolic of a father who is still clearly a child at heart, his three children – including a tiny intrepid baby bear-hunter in the making, the family dog and of course a big brown cuddly bear.

Since its first UK tour nine years ago thousands of young children of all learning abilities have enjoyed “We’re Going on a Bear Hunt”.

Glen Street will reverberate as hundreds of young children chant “We’re Going on a Bear Hunt. We’re going to catch a big one”, so, enjoy it for yourself by booking at Glen Street.

“We’re Going on a Bear Hunt runs from 13-19 July (except Sunday 16) and has two daily sessions at 10.30am and 1pm. And a special 6pm session on Monday 17 July.

It is suitable for ages 3 and above and costs $22 or $85 for a family of five.
