The Warringah Aquatic Centre (WAC) will be closed from Friday 19 April to Sunday 28 April for routine maintenance work. The Centre will reopen on Monday 29 April.
This will include a refresh of the change rooms and structural work to the inside roof.
WAC Executive Manager Recreation Business Reece Heddle said: “It’s a quiet time of the year for us, and an excellent opportunity to do this required maintenance work.
“We apologise for any inconvenience the closure may cause our customers. The Manly ‘Boy Charlton’ Pool is open and we invite our patrons to check out this first class swimming and fitness facility, while we are closed.”
Warringah Aquatic Centre has an Olympic size swimming pool, a diving pool and an outdoor 25 metre lap pool.
It also holds yoga and pilates classes in addition to its swimming lessons program.
