We are proposing to grant a 16-year lease to Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) (owner of the adjacent Manly Pavilion site below the Mean High Water Mark) for the purpose of TfNSW consolidating lease arrangements for the entire Manly Pavilion site including the Manly Surf N Slide (Waterworks) site.

Council, as the Crown Land Manager of the Reserve (R860156), provides this notice in accordance with Section 3.22 of the Crown Land Management Act 2016 and Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993.

Any person is entitled to make submissions to Council with respect to the proposed lease.
