We are proposing to grant a 10+5 year lease and licence over part of Lot 100 DP1047405, 1 Park Street, Mona Vale to continue the use of the land as a café/restaurant. This lease and licence is intended to be granted to an experienced operator via a tender process.
Council is notifying as Crown Land Manager in accordance with Section 3.22 of the Crown Land Management Act 2016 and Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993.
The granting of the lease is subject to Council’s final approval.
