What was proposed?

Northern Beaches Council proposed to grant a 10+5 year lease and licence over part of Lot 100 DP1047405, 1 Park Street, Mona Vale to continue the use of the land as a café/restaurant. This lease and licence is intended to be granted to an experienced operator via a tender process.

Council is notifying as Crown Land Manager in accordance with Section 3.22 of the Crown Land Management Act 2016 and Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993.
