What was proposed?
The EOI and Tender for an experienced golf operator to lease, develop and operate Pittwater Golf Centre will be released in the coming weeks. When released, you will find details of the EOI on Council’s tender portal on Tenderlink
The purpose of the proposed lease is for the successful tenderer to occupy Pittwater Golf Centre for a golf driving range, mini golf, sporting, leisure and entertainment activities, golf shop, golf academy, café/restaurant and associate activities.
Council is owner of the land and the notice is provided was in accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993.
The granting of the lease is subject to Council’s final approval.
