Colormaker has won three sustainability awards including the Solar Champion Award, the 2023 Northern Beaches Business Sustainability Award and the Excellence in Sustainability Award 2023 for the Sydney Metro Region. By February 2025, Colormaker had saved over 800 tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions through the electricity produced from their 100 kW solar array.

Kimbriki is an innovative waste and recycling centre with a dry landfill located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Kimbriki aims to be a centre of excellence for environmental services associated with the generation of waste and to provide education to the community.

Kimbriki was originally established as a landfill operation in 1974 but has since shifted from waste disposal to resource recovery. Today the site recycles over 80% of incoming wastes and to date, more than 2.5million tonnes of waste has been diverted from landfill at Kimbriki through resource recovery operations on site.

Seadrift was born from a simple yet powerful idea: appreciate time. After 2 decades of fast-paced living overseas, founders Alastair and Carolyn Whiteley craved something different—a life with more space to breathe, more time to savour. They found their inspiration in the rhythm of the ocean and the way the sea drifts effortlessly on the breeze. And from that, Seadrift was created: a range of 0% spirits designed for unwinding, for taking in the moment, for kicking back and letting the world roll by.

Every morning, fresh botanicals arrive at the distillery, where they’re transformed through traditional copper pot distillation—a centuries-old craft used to create spirits of the highest quality. The result? A refreshingly pure, vibrant drink that captures the essence of coastal living.
