Please complete this form to request a field trip from our range of programs. Please refer to the current Fees and Charges document for costings. The final invoiced amount for any school excursion will be based on the number of participating students confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled excursion date. This confirmed number will be used to calculate the total cost. Any additional students added after this deadline will be charged separately at the applicable per-student rate. Invoices will be issued accordingly, reflecting these terms.
