Anzac Reserve located in Collaroy contains several vegetation communities including Swamp Sclerophyll Forest on coastal floodplains, Angophora Woodland and Bangalay Slopes Forest, all of which provide important habitat for local native fauna.
This reserve contains an important wildlife corridor and is a stepping stone for fauna movement along Collaroy Plateau.
Anzac Reserve contains remnant canopy trees which provide habitat for an abundance of birds in the area.
