You will learn to:

• Equalise effortlessly to dive to depths of 5m
• Duck dive and fin effectively
• Use relaxation techniques for breath holding.

Meet at the scuba benches at Shelly Beach, Manly at 8am

Itinerary:

• 8 - 8.45am: Freediving theory 
• 8:45 - 9.30am: Breathwork & breath-holding workshop 
• 9:30 -11am: Ocean freediving session at Cabbage Tree Bay Marine Reserve.
