Faith was born in Manly and grew up playing touch football for the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles where she won the NSW Touch Association Junior Female Player of the Year during the 2017-18 season. In 2018, Faith took up playing for the Cronulla Sharks under 18s in the Tarsha Gale Cup.

In 2019 Faith first represented Australian playing at the Dubai Sevens. She continued representing Australia for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics where the team placed 5th, and the Paris 2024 Olympics where the team placed fourth.

In 2022 Faith was part of the team that won gold at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.
