Sariah grew up on the Northern Beaches playing touch football for Manly Warringah Sea Eagles. The first team she played for professionally was the Cronulla Sharks in 2018.
At the age of 17, Sariah was selected to play at the Oceania Sevens and due to her strong performance, she was selected to represent Australia at the Dubai Sevens in 2018.
Her dream of being selected for the Olympics came true during the Tokyo 2020 Olympics where the team placed 5th. In 2022, Sariah was part of the team that won gold at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. In 2024, Sariah was again selected to represent Australia at the Paris 2024 Olympics where the team placed fourth.
In late 2024, Sariah switched leagues and was selected for the NSW Waratahs Women’s team, the Wallaroos.
