Join us in spreading the warmth and cheer as we usher in the most wonderful time of the year with our exciting line up of free, family-friendly Christmas events.
Northern Beaches Mayor Sue Heins said these events are a wonderful opportunity for families and friends to connect, make memories, and enjoy the festivities,
“Council loves bringing the community together for our annual Christmas events, celebrating the joy and spirit of the season.
“These events are about supporting our community, our local artisans and our local businesses, all while having fun with family, friends and neighbours.
“With 60 unique market stalls, you'll be spoilt for choice at our Christmas Markets. Discover creative, one-of-a-kind gifts while supporting local artists and small businesses. This pet-friendly event features live entertainment, food trucks, and free Santa photos.
“Christmas would not be Christmas without carols. Accompanied by the Northern Beaches Orchestra and our Community Christmas Choir, Scott Irwin returns to Manly Oval as our host, accompanied by the delightful Danielle Barnes-Irwin, Tilli Kay, Monique Raso and performances by The Dance House.
“Also joining the Christmas Choral Concert this year are the wonderful Cameron Daddo and Ashleigh Rubenach who will have you singing together all night long.
“Council’s Christmas by the Beach is set to be a blast. The evening includes a fun children’s show with live entertainment, a Christmas stage show, carols and free facepainting and photos with Santa. Enjoy a joyous family event,” Mayor Heins said.
