Northern Beaches Mayor, Cr Sue Heins says the Matildas have done a stellar job getting to the final four.
“This team has inspired us all, not only with their extraordinary skill on the field but also with their joyful team spirit and generosity to others off the field.
“I was so pleased to see the turnout at Cromer Park on Wednesday night – it was a sea of green and gold. Let’s get behind our Tillies one final time.” Mayor Heins said.
Cromer Park – the home of football on the Northern Beaches - was unable to host this final match due to the Manly Warringah Football Association and Manly United Football Club playing their own end of season finals on Saturday.
