As part of the 2019/20 Capital Works Program, Council is undertaking building remedial works at Narrabeen Surf Life Saving Club building in Narrabeen. Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified contractors to carry out the following outline scope of works: · Demolition, window and door frames removal and reinstatement; · Provision of temporary protection (water & dust) and security of building; · Provision of temporary propping system; · Steel column and base plate replacement; · Treatment of steelwork; · Concrete spalling repairs; · Certifications. The works are to be carried out strictly in accordance with the requirements in this document. To have quotations considered, contractors will need to ensure that all required information requested in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document is provided. The works are expected to commence in early May 2020 and completed by the end of July 2020.
