Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders from professional, experienced and suitably qualified companies for the provision of Public and Sports Amenities Cleaning Services throughout the Local Government Area (LGA). The scope of the tender includes full cleaning services for routine, periodic, ad-hoc, emergency and events to public and sports amenities throughout the LGA. The required cleaning services are further detailed in Part D Service Requirements and Part E Attachments. Public and Sports Amenities Cleaning Services are to be carried out strictly in accordance with the requirements in this tender document and attachments. To have tenders considered, contractors will need to ensure that all required information requested in the Request for Tender document is provided. The maximum contract term is seven (7) years, made up of an initial three (3) year period, with four (4) optional extensions of one (1) year each at Council's sole discretion. The option to extend will be considered as part of the first and subsequent annual performance review process. If awarded, the 12 month extension will be added to the end of the existing contract term, up to a maximum of 7 years (total).
