We meet every second month, on the second Thursday, at 12:30pm to 2:30pm at Dee Why RSL, Level 3.

Meetings are informal and friendly, with guest speakers on various topics, and new members are always welcome. 

We have a Carers Coffee every month at the White Rock Cafe Long Reef Golf Club, and we have a Morning Tea at Jamieson Park every month.
