Our fitness centre offers strength and athletic programs for 13 to 19 year olds.

Open to all fitness levels, these programs help teens build confidence and develop skills that can enhance their athletic and strength performance.

Athletic program

Enhance your coordination, balance, speed, reaction time, agility and power to maximize sports performance in a variety of contexts. This program will include bodyweight exercises, plyometric and resistance training methods to maximise skill development. 

Strength and conditioning program

Develop and improve foundational strength to help you reach your exercise and sporting goals. This program will include bodyweight exercises, and plyometric and resistance training methods to maximise strength adaptations and physical fitness.
