Warriewood Community Centre is set to open early 2026. Whilst expressions of interest for regular hire closed on 7 Nov 2025, Council continues to invite community groups, local businesses and individuals to submit an enquiry.
All new requests for hire will be assessed after the Expressions of Interest submissions have been reviewed and finalised in December 2025.
Features of the new centre will include:
- flexible multi-purpose halls to accommodate a variety of recreational, cultural and community activities
- 2 versatile meeting rooms suitable for workshops, programs and small events
- a dedicated community space designed to be safe, inclusive and accessible for all
- generous covered outdoor areas overlooking landscaped gardens
- modern, fully accessible amenities
- multiple adaptable kitchen facilities to support events and group activities
- to serve as an Emergency and Recovery Centre for the community in times of crisis.
The project has been partially funded by the Warriewood Valley Development Contributions plan.
All requests will be considered and allocated as per the Community Centres Policy.
More information on hiring the spaces, with definitions on fees and charges, can be found in the Community Centres Terms and Conditions of Hire.
We are also taking requests for casual (one-off) bookings in 2026.
