Hi, I’m Helen and my family day care is situated in Forestville.

I’m a mum of two energetic delightful boys. I enjoy travel, pilates, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, anything on the water and outdoorsy. I love meeting people. I’m especially drawn to babies and children.

I come from a family of primary school teachers...my twin sister, older sister, mother, aunty. I personally found myself drawn to early childhood education and in 2016 I completed my certificate 3 in Children’s Services.

As a childcare educator my first priority is to ensure each child feels safe and secure in my care. It’s important for the children to feel settled in a ‘home away from home’ space.

My passion is to foster and nurture the children’s natural inborn love of learning. By making learning ‘fun’ and helping the children discover their own interests and passions.

In my family day care environment I encourage all children to enhance their self - expression, self - esteem, creativity and development of social skills to reach their fullest potential, which in return, enables them to become the best versions of themselves!
