As part of Carers Week, Northern Beaches Multicultural Communities invites carers to a special Tai Chi and Qigong practice. 

Whether you’re completely new or already familiar, this gentle session will guide you through deep breathing, balance, and mindful movement to strengthen the body and refresh the mind. 

  • When: Wednesday 15 October 2025, 12pm – 2pm 
  • Where: St Kevin’s School Hall, 57–59 Oaks Ave, Dee Why
