
Join us for a full-day ORRCA Rescue Training Workshop and become part of a passionate team dedicated to marine mammal rescue.
This workshop provides both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience to equip you with the skills to respond to marine mammal incidents along our coastline.
Workshop Schedule:
-Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
-Morning Theory Session: Learn in a classroom environment about marine mammal behaviour, rescue protocols, and ORRCA’s mission.
-Morning Tea & Lunch Breaks (BYO)
-Afternoon Practical Session: Head to the beach for hands-on training and simulations of real-life rescue situations.

*You must be an ORRCA member to participate in Rescue Training. Multiple membership options are available.
*You must be 18 years old or older to participate
*Only Rescue Trained Members are permitted to attend rescue incidents.
*Course Fee: $120 — pay once, and all future refresher courses are FREE for current members!
