Paint It Forward is proudly part of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence—a global movement running from 25 November (International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women) to 10 December (Human Rights Day). During these 16 days, people around the world unite to raise awareness, spark conversations, and take action to end gender-based violence and support survivors.

Why Paint It Forward? 1 in 4 Australian women will experience domestic violence in their lifetime. This campaign invites you to paint four nails yellow (hope) and one black (honouring the 1 in 4)—starting conversations, creating unity, and raising vital funds for long-term recovery.

  • Paint your nails DIY: Four yellow nails and one black.
