There are plenty of resting places on the way. Please note, some parts of the walkway have a 1:8 gradient.

This walk will be led by Karen Smith, Education Officer from the Aboriginal Heritage Office. And is organised by Northern Beaches Council as part of its Seniors Festival program for residents aged 60 and over.

Please wear covered walking shoes, clothing that protects your arms and legs, a sun hat, sunscreen, and insect repellent. Also ensure you bring a water bottle.
