As we age and near the end of life, time spent with friends and family often diminishes due to increased frailty, moving, or other loss. If you are experiencing this or would like to support others, this workshop is for you.
We will reflect on how to build our networks and connect to the resources we need. Explore the concept of ‘death literacy’ and discover ways to enhance yours (don’t worry, we’ll keep it light-hearted!).
You'll also learn about the Compassionate Connector Program and how you can participate, either as a participant or a volunteer.
