Come along and try out one of our many programs. Please note that you need to register online if you wish to take part in Swim Fit, Aqua Aerobics, Deepwater Aqua or Pilates.

Bookings are not required for the Giant Inflatable Course,  Springboard Diving Display and Trials, Diving Boards and Learn to Swim.

Challenge yourself to improve your swimming fitness. These sessions are tailored, challenging and cater to all swimming levels. For adults 18 years and over. Bookings essential, register to join in.

Run, slide, wobble and jump along our indoor pool inflatable.

Test out your skills on the 1m and 3m springboards, the only ones on the Northern Beaches.

1 – 1.30pm

Improve your fitness, mobility, flexibility and strength in this fun class, suitable for all fitness levels. For adults 18 years and over. Bookings essential, register to join in.

Deepwater Aqua

1.30 – 2pm

Improve fitness, mobility and flexibility using a buoyancy belt. Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness, from beginners to athletes. Suitable for 18 years and up. Bookings essential, register to join in.

Kids can join a free 15 min lesson. Each child will be assessed, so they are ready to enrol in our ongoing Learn to Swim program. See our program office to sign up.
