Background information

Australia's longest-running jazz festival is returning to Manly this Spring, with three great days of music on Friday 19, Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 September. Now in its 48th year, Manly Jazz is renowned for its beautiful location, its stellar lineup of local and international musicians and its laidback beach vibes. 

Opportunity for Manly businesses 

As part of Manly Jazz 2025, Northern Beaches Council is inviting local Manly businesses to be involved by hosting in-venue Jazz performances on Friday 19 September, Saturday 20 September or Sunday 21 September. Join us as an 'Official Venue' partner and engage with our loyal patronage and large crowds visiting the Northern Beaches over the event weekend. Leverage the well-established Manly Jazz brand and showcase your venue with unique entertainment. 

Examples of special offerings:

  • Cocktails and Jazz - Come listen to smooth sounds whilst sipping on event cocktails designed by our mixologist 
  • Blues and Breakfast - Start your morning right with the sweet sounds of Blues with your breakfast 
  • Funk it up - Dance the night away as we celebrate the opening of Manly Jazz with a live band to get your groove on
  • Jazz and Sip - Enjoy wine tasting accompanied by mellow jazz
  • Get in the swing - Come learn the Lindy Hop and the Charleston from our dance instructors with live jazz to get you in the mood

Feedback from attendees of Manly Jazz tell us they are looking for in-venue performances after the main stage finishes at 6pm. Take this into consideration for your in-venue planning.    

What you will receive:

  • Your venue's music offering listed as part of the Manly Jazz event program
  • Your venue promoted on the Manly Jazz website and onsite event signage
  • Official Venue promo pack including an event poster and window decal
  • Social media graphic tiles promoting your 'Official Venue' status 
  • Inclusion in social media promotion of the event program
  • Please note businesses will be required to book and pay for their own artists, if you would like help procuring an appropriate Jazz musician we will put you in touch with our Artistic Director

Northern Beaches Council is collecting your personal information for the purpose of assessing submissions from businesses located within the Manly area. Northern Beaches Council may also use the contents of your submission in subsequent publications about the event.
