Let us know if you would like report an issue with a bin (including damaged, lost or spillages) or would like to discontinue a waste service.

Standard service

Unit blocks and town houses

The standard service for unit blocks and town houses is one red lid bin (garbage), one yellow lid bin (containers), one blue lid bin (paper, cardboard) and one green lid bin (vegetation).

Additional bins

For unit blocks and town houses

Residents need to speak to the strata manager or Body Corporate for any additional bin requests. The number of bins will depend on the number of units and storage space. Please ring 1300 434 434 for more information.

The standard service for houses is one red lid bin (garbage), one yellow lid bin (containers), one blue lid bin (paper, cardboard) and one green lid bin (vegetation).

Owners or authorised agents may request up to a maximum of,

Red bin

  • 4 x 80L bins
  • Each additional service $326/annum

Blue bin

  • 4 x 140L bins
  • 2nd service - $36/annum
  • 3rd additional service - $122/annum
  • 4th additional service - $122/annum

Yellow bin

  •  4 x 140L bins
  • 2nd service - $36/annum
  • 3rd additional service - $122/annum
  • 4th additional service - $122/annum

Green bin

  • 4 x 240L bins
  • 2nd service - Free
  • 3rd additional service - $36/annum
  • 4th additional service - $36/annum

Free recycling posters, stickers

To help educate about separating waste and recycling, we provide free resources for unit blocks and households.

Pick up from Customer Service

Residents may collect weatherproof posters for unit blocks and bags and bin stickers for both unit blocks, town houses and houses from Council's Customer Service Centres

Download and print

Alternatively you may wish to download and print your own poster if your bin bay is under shelter. Don't forget to set your printer page size before printing.

Free bags to help you sort your recycling

Pick up from Customer Service

Residents may collect the bags for unit blocks, town houses and houses from Council's Customer Service Centres - limited to 1 blue bag and 1 yellow bag per household.

Bin towing device (tow hitch)

A tow hitch is available to assist residents with long or steep driveways wheel their bins for collection. 

The tow hitch can be attached to the handles of your bin and the tow ball of your car to tow the bin behind the car.
