Excursions and incursions
Kimbriki Recycling and Resource Centre excursion
Kimbriki's passionate eco gardeners will cover composting, worms, soil, importance of recycling food waste at home and school, waste management and how students can make a difference to protect our natural environment. Included is a tour of Kimbriki's waste and recycling facilities.
Council will provide up to 2 buses/school/year for these excursions. Book early as spaces are limited.
This program is suitable for primary and secondary students (Year 1 to Year 12)
How to book
1) First book your excursion with Kimbriki
2) Get a quote from two bus companies. Give the company the total number of students and adults. The bus needs to stay at Kimbriki for the excursion as they will be driving the students around the site.
